On the morning of September 28, the 2018 Dongguan Decision Advisory Committee Symposium was successfully held. At the meeting, Lin Haichuan, the chairman of Guangdong Hongchuan Group Co., Ltd., was appointed as a member of the Dongguan Decision-making Advisory Committee.
With the theme of “Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and Dawan District Construction and Dongguan High Quality Development”, the forum invited the deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, party members and researcher Wang Yiming and other advisory members and guests to make suggestions for the development of Dongguan. Liang Weidong, secretary of the municipal party committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the symposium and delivered a speech. Xiao Yafei, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, presided over the symposium. City leaders Zhang Ke and Bai Tao attended the meeting. At the meeting, the city leaders issued a letter of appointment for the Dongguan Decision-making Advisory Committee. Lin Haichuan was hired as a member of the Dongguan Decision-making Advisory Committee.
The advisory committee members and guests from the conference grasped the opportunities of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and Dawan District construction, built a strong financial city, developed a big data industry, played a role as a major scientific device, built a talent-inviting platform, fostered new industries, and improved the quality of economic development. With the keynote speech, Lin Haichuan made written suggestions on the deep participation of Dongguan in the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District and the development of high-end modern service industry serving the chemical industry chain.
According to reports, the Dongguan Decision-making Advisory Committee was developed on the basis of the Dongguan Mayor's Economic Consultation Consultation Meeting.
