On the afternoon of March 21, the first-phase project of the Gangfeng Petrochemical Storage Project held by Fujian Gangfeng Energy Co., Ltd. was held at the 7# berth project site of Douhou Port, the water transportation project of the Port Bureau of Meizhou Bay and the Port Bureau of Meizhou Bay. The quality supervision station, the provincial traffic quality supervision bureau, the chemical industry engineering quality supervision terminal and the design unit, supervision unit, construction unit and other representatives attended the meeting.

       At the meeting, the representative of the organizer introduced Guangdong Hongchuan Smart Logistics Co., Ltd.'s capital increase, transfer and related industrial and commercial changes and preliminary preparations for the project of Fujian Gangfeng Energy Co., Ltd., and proposed the construction goals of the first and second phases of the project. The first phase of the project resumed work in March this year. The construction was completed at the end of the year and the acceptance conditions were met. The second phase of the project started in October this year and completed construction at the end of 2020 and met the acceptance conditions.

       The competent authorities of the Meizhou Bay Port Bureau and the Meizhou Bay Port Water Transport Quality Supervision Station expressed warm welcome to the arrival of Hongchuan Wisdom and expressed their full support for the construction of the Fujian Gangfeng Energy Project, while emphasizing the follow-up project construction. All relevant parties must strictly follow the standard management requirements, ensure construction safety and quality, and strive to build the project into “standardization engineering” and “quality engineering”.

       Subsequently, the Chemical Industry Engineering Quality Supervision Station and the Fujian Provincial Traffic Construction Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau urged the new and old construction units to do the project handover work, clarify the main body of the project quality responsibility, and prepare for the start of construction to ensure the legal compliance of the project. The design unit, the original construction unit, the supervision unit and other relevant parties indicated that they will actively cooperate with the owner to do the design, handover and service work of the project construction, and fully support the follow-up construction of the project.
